On 6 Nov 2018 Royal Enfield officially unveiled, their KX concept 838cc bobber, in EICMA
( Esposizione Internazionale Ciclo Motociclo e Accessori) 2018. It is the biggest engine
RE ever have, V-twin producing around 90 PS of power and 100 Nm of torque and the engine is said to be liquid cooled.
The Royal Enfield Concept KX comes with twin front disc brakes and single-sided swingarm for the premium feel and effective braking. The design lines will be used as a base for future products, hinting at full LED headlamp and dual exhausts. It will be the fastest RE ever planned to date. Its pricing should be between 5 to 6 lakhs.
Recent Royal Enfield has registered a name 'meteor' It should be for this design.
Its design is inspired by late 1930s original model Meteor 500, but now it is only a concept not intended for production.
